A bit of a wild card in the demon plane. He functions like a rogue bounty hunter: collecting both demons who actively plot against Impia, and those who work directly for her instead. His greatest interests are to himself and his survival.
He's caught the interest of the empress numerous times, though at least has the sense to stay in her good graces as much as he can. Both a menace and a help, he happily dances the line of what he's able to get away with, both with her and those working against her.
He's not one to be trusted. But should you be able to pay the right price, his services are invaluable.
