There's no other way to simply describe Chacha other than 'a hot mess'. Her sloppy exterior extends to a sloppy interior. Her behavior is slobbish; she loves to eat and drink heavily, she makes terrible jokes, she's hardly motivated for most things by normal means, and would much rather fuck off and do something else. However, underneath all that lays some sort of charm that allows her to keep scoring successful dates. Even if she is the type to take you on a date and make you pay for it even though she ate a good part of your meal.

...To continue from that, the second easiest way to describe Chacha is a massive lesbian. What praise and (not enough) money won't motivate him to do, beautiful woman will. He likes a wide variety of women, but for Chacha the sloppier and cringier the better. He especially likes Ibuki Douji, but Himiko, Huyan Zhuo, Kama, and Miss Crane amongst others also pique his interest.

Perhaps someday the power of tits and friendship will make Chalaza a better person...?
