Lockhart is a skilled baker from a remote and modest island town that was once a hidden gem but has recently become gentrified due to an influx of wealthy tourists. He has lived there his entire life and was raised by an old woman with a shady background who taught him everything he knows about baking. After she mysteriously passed away, Lockhart took over the bakery and has since become a staple of the local community.

Lockhart resents the wealthy tourists who come to his town and treat it like a novelty. He has made a huge amount of money over charging tourists who don’t realize there is no universe in which a muffin should cost like $13.

One day, the mayor of the town decides to throw a lavish banquet to show gratitude to the wealthy tourists for bringing so much tourism to the area. The town was already on the verge of a civil war as the townspeople being abused and priced out of their own homes. This was just the start of it.

Lockhart is recruited to prepare food for the banquet, but as he witnesses the mistreatment of the poor waitstaff, he finally loses it. In an act of petty rebellion, he sneaks an extra ingredient into one of the dishes, "accidentally" causing it to become dangerously spicy and causing the death of one of the guests.

Despite Lockhart's claims that it was an accident, he is accused of assassination by the mayor and wealthy tourists. However, the townspeople see him as a hero and a symbol of their resistance against the mistreatment they have faced all this time. His actions ultimately lead to the outbreak of that same civil war that had been brewing under wraps for some time. He becomes a public figurehead of the rebellion, loved by the townspeople but vilified by the outsiders who have come to their town. 

To think a humble baker from a town in the middle of the East Blue now has a bounty on his head.

The Doki Doki Fruit grants the user the unique ability to convert the feeling of being loved into superhuman physical strength. This power can be activated by various expressions of love and affection, such as genuine words of encouragement, hugs, or kisses. The more genuine and intense the love, the greater the boost in physical strength.

Additionally, as a last-ditch effort, the user can tap into this power when a loved one is in critical danger. In such moments of desperation, their abilities reach their peak, allowing them to perform extraordinary feats to protect their loved ones.

However, there are significant drawbacks to this ability. When the user is in a state of heightened power, they may become reckless and overconfident, leading them to take unnecessary risks. Furthermore, any injuries or fatigue that the user sustains while under the influence of this power will only become apparent once the effects wear off. This delayed reaction can be dangerous if the user is not careful.

Found Object Fighter

Though he claims to simply be "resourceful", it's all about picking up the heaviest thing he can find and swinging it in a fight. Lockhart is able to wield anything from rolling pins to street signs in a pinch. The amount of property damage he has most likely caused is astronomical but who's gonna try and stop the guy jacked enough to javelin a stop sign at you.
