Design Notes:
-Fully feathered part from his lower legs
-Claws & Teeth are the dusty pink & note white due to his development
-He does have 'hand' claws, he just tends to hide them behind the feathered parts of his arms.
-Markings do not need to be exact - but should remain similar so he's recognisable
