Description
Harumi is a very upbeat and friendly girl. A social butterfly, she tries to befriend every new person she meets. She is a quick learner and is constantly hunting for new hobbies and skills to add to her list of things to do. Natively she is Japanese, so her English isn't perfect.

Backstory
Harumi grew up in a big house in an odd little neighborhood. Her home was always bustling with family members and family friends coming to visit or living there for a bit. Harumi would often "escape" her house to go down the road and play her two cousins. Her family was aware of her doing this, but they just played along like they didn't know because they had fun watching her try to be sneaky.
