Johnny Hayseed

Johnny Hayseed is one of the kindest fellows you'll ever meet! But whoever heard of a scarecrow who was scared of birds, instead of the other way around? 

Unfortunately for Johnny, just about everything scares him. The dark, loud noises, and ESPECIALLY birds. He is more likely to be running around the cornfield yelping in terror than he is to be standing tall and proud to keep the birds away. 

Johnny lives on Polly Twoshoes' farm, and is more than happy to help her with the chores. They are very good friends! 

He would like to be more than just friends. But he hasn't quite worked up the courage to ask yet...
