White, pale skin tone; blue eyes, yellow floofy hair on the right side of her head, with the left being a very short dark brown colour, likely shaved. thick eyebrows. Wears a collared long sleeve... shirt that has a robe-like back end, with a small split at the bottom. The left side of it is a slightly darker shade of grey than the right, with this being reversed only on the collar. On this shirt sits a brown tie that resembles the >-< emote. Also wears dark brown trousers with lighter brown boots.

A particularly evil person, 4P Flick has a particular fondness for the suffering of others. She's what one could consider an "agent of chaos," finding joy as long as she can ruin someone's day... Or take it away. She dreams of one day taking over the world, before slowly destroying it. She enjoys manipulating people into doing what she wants, before killing them when they run out of use.
