Profile
Summary
Kuniklovs are very strong, sturdy creatures, who can easily thrive in any environment. Both their meaty arms and hooved legs are capable of striking with incredible force. They are opportunistic creatures, and will more often than not join already-established societies to exploit their resources without giving much in return; they seem to have a symbiotic relationship with Nitpickies, but with other Lythians, not so much. They are natural hoarders, having a soft spot for aromatic vegetation and spices and often carry them around with themselves, giving them a very strong odor. Kuniklovs are well known for having Roobite farms.

Baby Information
Baby Kuniklovs are very similar to their adult form, in that they already sport horns and very long, lopped ears. The ears are so long that most babies wrap them up atop their heads, so they don't trip over them. Between this, the horns, and how big their heads are, it's easy for them to lose balance. They rarely sport a fully grown mane, though can have a little chest fluff in this stage, and have no claws on their big squishy hands. Their legs are very skinny in comparison to their arms, and it's not uncommon for a baby Kuniklovs to walk as a quadruped due to how heavy their upper body is! If they want to run, they must switch to this quadrupedal form, unless they want to take a tumble. Their tails are very long and heavy, to try and balance the weight of their heads, the size and shape of it may change once they grow.
✦ Baby Features
- Baby Kuniklovs have disproportionately big heads, giving them chibi-esque proportions.
- They must have at least one horn on their head, and long, lopped ears.
- Their paws are not yet clawed, so they have rounded fingers with soft pads under each.
- Baby Kuniklovs have thin, spindly hindlegs.
✧ Extra Suggestions
- tied-up ears
- small manes or chest fluff
- long, fluffy tails
Origin Story & Quest
Skattaarre
An ancient dragon zealously guarded a hoard of treasure, allowing no others to come near in fear that they may desire to steal the gems, gold, and other shiny things. Over time, the dragon grew steadily more greedy and desired to add to their treasures, yet could not bear to leave them. Appealing to the Auirator of the realm, the dragon was granted a steward — a hooved, horned creature that would guard their treasures against any seeking to steal them.
Knowing that the hoard would be well-kept, the dragon left the hooved creature to guard the treasure, and went to gather more elsewhere. However, the longer the dragon was gone, the more the creature began to see the hoard they protected as their own, and they plotted to steal it from the dragon.
The creature devised a plan, and upon the dragon’s return, the devious first Kuniklov tricked the dragon into its death, and claimed the treasure for its own.
Kuniklovs are solitary hoarders. They can thrive anywhere, but are unlikely to enjoy being in the vicinity of large groups, such as cities or other metropolises. Kuniklov children are crafty, and they quickly get the hang of caring for themselves, often heading out on their own paths from a very young age.
Does your Kuniklov get into any trouble as a child? Do they get along well with the community in which they are born, or do they desire to travel out on their own? Please portray your Kuniklov using their baby design or an adolescent design that’s not quite their adult form yet.
