This version of Kara conforms to TheRainbowOverlord's Zelda AU
A young Gerudo child who does not conform to voe or vai, they come from a colorful family with varied races and occupations. Being a blood relative of the current reincarnation of the Chosen Hero, they were raised with a belief that anyone can be a Hero and this had guided them every step of their life since.
With a love for adventure and treasure hunting, it is not uncommon to find them getting into something, whether it be shiny or dangerous.
Appearance
Kara is a child around the age of fourteen with tanned skin typical of a Gerudo and fluffy hair a shade of dark pink that they choose to keep short. Their hair and blue eyes are their most recognizable features.
Born to a Gerudo mother after a one night stand, they are the apple of their mother's eye and one of the first grandchildren to be had. Most of their early years were spent in the Gerudo Desert, with some brief trips to Faron region.
Eventually as they grew older, they became more and more enamored by the idea of being a hero, especially with the tales their aunt Rinku would bring back and share.
Around the age of fourteen, they overheard a conversation between their parents and aunt that led them in search of the Sacred Pearls of the Goddesses. Something that started as a research trip quickly grew into something much more and they soon found themselves on a true hero's adventure.
Imalia
Kara's birth mother, she loves her child dearly and would do anything for them. She encourages their choices in life to a point and disapproves of anything too life threatening, such as pet Lynel cubs.
Jayna
Kara's other mother, she hails from the village of Lurelin and runs a tailor shop. She's the one who made Kara's childish hero's armor, so that they could mimic their aunt and the heroes before her.
Rinku
Kara's blood aunt and the current Chosen Hero reborn. They are the person Kara looks up to the most and tries their best to emulate, sometimes to everyone's exasperations.
Telula
A young Zora training to be a royal adviser, she is an avid historian. She also develops the world's largest crush on Kara after meeting them for the first time and is the one who designs their Zora armor for them.
Deva
A Sage reborn, Deva is a Rito with an ear for music and an attitude for days. He is both friend and rival to Kara, often disproving of their tendency to rush headlong into danger while doing the same himself.
Kuri
A Korok with a sense of adventure, it's by chance that Kara found them and by their own desire that they become a traveling companion to them. They're quite proud of the small tree they seem to be growing.
