General Design T.O.S

I'm usually not that strict about what you do/don't do with my designs but due to some issues I've been having I decided to make a tos to avoid these things in the future.

I am not responsible for anything done with my designs without my knowledge. Breaking my tos repeatedly will result in a blacklist, I will also blacklist anyone I feel too uncomfortable with regardless of tos.

Not Allowed:

• Deleting the design's profile without warning. If you are closing your account or want the design taken off site notify me please. It causes unnecessary confusion when my designs are deleted for no reason.

• Using my designs for any kind of discrimination will have you blacklisted immediately. Don't use my designs to push any kind of bigotry, hate-speech, or generally negative views (homophobia, ableism, sexism, etc).

• Editing any kind of representation out of my designs for hateful reasons is not allowed, if you don't like them being poc/lgbt/etc don't buy them. However you are allowed to do so as long as you have a good reason.

Allowed:

• Using my designs commercially is fine, feel free to keep me updated on such ventures if you'd like I'd love to see! 

• NSFW is completely fine! Please just add warnings on these works appropriately but otherwise feel free to do as you want in this regard. 

•Anything else not mentioned in the above section is fine, though I may edit/add things if I feel the need to.

Blacklist:

These users are NOT allowed to obtain my designs/art at all, if you knowingly sell my designs to them you will also be blacklisted. This list is only for users I have personal experience with, anyone I have not sold designs to/interacted with will not be added but please don't sell my designs to people who are known to be problematic.

You may contact me if about being removed from my blacklist if you'd like, however permanently blacklisted users will not be removed unless I decide to do so myself.

• Lydiaishere/Tastychurro/Python_Kisses/Robertt/any other alts you may have - lied to me about a situation and used me as a way to buy adopts from designers that had them blacklisted among many other atrocious acts. (PERMANENT)

Zaylix - asked for an art trade and never updated nor finished it after 4 months.
