Skorchwing

Years after the fire monsters returned, Skorchwing was abandoned as an egg on the island of Amber Island and adopted by a Candelavra. However, her adoptive mother kept her locked up in the castle for weeks after her 18th birthday due to her mother's dislike of the thought of having to let go of her adopted child. Skorchwing, being as impatient as she is, got sick and tired of this lifestyle. She wasn't able to go out, talk to friends, or even see her crush (Unknown). So one night Skorchwing decided to find a way out. She found a paper clip and unlocked the window after trying for weeks. She flew out but knew she couldn't stay on her home island anymore or else candelavra would find her out here, so she left the island. She flew so far and so fast, stopping on multiple other islands on her way until she reached the island where no fire monster would ever dream of residing on...Cold island. She was planning on leaving the island after she gathered some tools and food to move on, up until she met a Strombonin castle guard, Borialis. He was as skeptical of Skorchwing as she was of him, But after finding out what Skorchwing had been through, he decided to let her in the castle for warmth while still keeping an eye on her. They become friends but Borialis ends up falling for her. So on the day Skorchwing was meant to leave, Borialis asked her if she was sure she wanted to leave. Skorchwing who was also starting to fall for Borialis, decided to stay on the island with him. They now guard the castle together and have four children.
