B. Traded, gifted, or raffled characters may be re-traded/gifted, but cannot be sold for any type of currency (including virtual currency).
C. Adding personal or commissioned artwork will raise the value of the design. You may sell a traded or gifted character this way. Charity artwork (fave4art/requests, artights, gifts, raffles) will not change the value. Do not create an arbitrary value because you want to sell an oc for more than it's worth.
I'm not responsible for any secondhand trades, purchases, or co-ownership going arwy. Once I sell a design its out of my hands.
Do not re-sell or trade my designs to those without toyhouse accounts. Importantly, do not delete my designs off of toyhouse. privating is fine with preferable notice.
Do not give my designs to those on my blacklist.
Any redesigns made must be amended to the current character profile. Do not create a new character profile or sell the redesign as a seperate character. On a similar note, do not make split/offspring characters from my designs.

EDITING
A. Redesigns and light edits are allowed, feel free to change species, gender, clothing, etc. Do not claim the edited version as entirely your own, and credit as necessary. Also please keep the original image file, as its unlikely im still holding onto old files.

USAGE

NSFW / 18+ is allowed, so long as:
1. the character is an adult and encounters are with other consenting adults only (aka no underage or non-consenting).
2. the character is not feral / no animal genitalia.
3. it is my design and not a character i'm reselling/trading (especially if the original designer is a minor).
4. you do not re-sell, re-trade, or re-gift this character to a minor.
5. the character's profile must be marked with a 18+ warning.
6. you are an adult. minors are not permitted to draw or obtain nsfw of my designs in any way.
