ODOBELUS

Odobelus is the god of the Karmen tundras; alongside the Bryun Snowfield, the Manbo Ruins, and the glaciers referred to as "walls of ice". Odobelus lurks within the waters, rarely seen with much details except as a shadow within the waters. He is also one of the oldest Karmen gods to exist, being considered to be Vittankarmens first child.

There are legends of Odobelus hunting down a horrible whale, and wears its bones as protection against poachers of the tundra; with the final picture of Odobelus displaying the skeletons of hunters who dare to hurt the most precious creatures. Stories of him are told even outside of the tundra, as a way to try and deter Karmens from hunting down rare and significant species. Some Karmens give the blood of their hunts into the water, as to feed Odobelus (in a metaphorical way).

Odobelus is a distant, yet warm figure. Isolating himself from even his own family, she prefers to sightsee from a far-away distance. She is also incredibly defensive of whatever territory he is in, even facing off Uberheroes before lurking in the deep. It's said that a devastating war made her have literal and figurative scars, right on his back.

Odobelus was born from the ice of the tundra by Vittankarmens hands, and was the first to be created next to Urogulls. Although Vittankarmen checked up on what was a baby god from time to time, the tundra Karmens found Odobelus as a small baby. Odobelus was taken care of for a short time, but it didn't take long for him to grow massive in size and to live in the waters. Although the Karmens of the tundra missed Odobelus, she still kept an eye on them; realizing why Vittankarmen wanted to protect them.

As time passed, Odobelus began to adopt hunting as a trait. As a few Karmens were able to witness him striking the backs of giant walruses and manboroths, folktales were stringed and created that Odobelus could give his stealth and power onto a single hunter, able to strike down beasts that could feed the tundra karmens for generations. Odobelus became feared, yet respected among karmens of the tundra.

Once the Ah-Ooh's came however, Odobelus began to appear to protect her people. Horror stories were told among the colonists, as Ah-Oohs who happened to be in her line of sight would be dragged down into the sea to be torn to pieces. Odobelus was nothing but (rightfully) cruel to any colonist in the tundra, that it because heavily avoided by most. However, one of the generals came up with a plan to hunt him in return- but it didn't end well for all parties, as Odobelus gained scars on her back and hundreds of skeletons sinking into the sea.

The rest of life for Odobelus wasn't good, as the superweapon hit. Although Odobelus felt the least worse of it, she became weaker and less agile than before. Retreating farther into the glaciers, only the chiefs from each generation only heard one or two words from her in their lifetime. The stories of Odobelus being a mighty hunter continued however, despite how rarely she came out of her (metaphorical) shell.

But once the patapons returned, a certain karmen had died in the war and was swept by the ice. Upon discovering the body, Odobelus decided to revive the poor deceased karmen into a champion. Rather than sitting back, Odobelus decided to watch this certain karmens progress; a lot like a guardian would. Ever since this day, Otocolomen and the rest of the tundra had finally heard the return of Odobelus.

It's said that Odobelus could create ice with her fingertips and shape it into anything she desires, and can launch his spear into the farthest enemies heart with a single throw. Regarded as a hunter in some folklore, Odobelus has the skills to surprise any clueless enemy.

• Odobelus sometimes has small, shell creatures grow on her bones. She doesn't mind it at times, however can scratch them off and place them somewhere else if they bother them too much.
• Odobelus can visit other locations; being able to breathe fresh and saltwater. Although the effects of switching one to one, or even both at once in his system would make him puke.
• Odobelus is farsighted. He likes seeing people knit, however.
• Odobelus has a very warm body temperature, being roughly 89.3°F or higher. It's unknown how she can live through it.
