 FANDOM-RELATED DESIGNS: Even though I may create fandom adoptables and take on fandom-stylized customs, you may use the design however you wish; it does not even need to adhere to the fandom it was initially created for! 

GIFTING, TRADING, AND SELLING: You may gift, resell, trade, etc. away the design as you see fit! 

USAGE RIGHTS: You may use the design in any commercial or non-commercial project you wish, but not the image of the initial purchase, nor any files provided upon purchase. You receive all rights to the design, not the artwork of the initial purchase. The only exception is non-fungible tokens; my designs and art are to never, EVER be used for NFTS!

 EDITS AFTER THE FACT: You are free to edit the design however you wish, just please do not edit my artwork to do so. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: I retain rights to display the original image, but I will not claim any sort of ownership of the featured character design or any other iterations of it after purchase. My artwork is still within my ownership in that it should always be properly credited to me when being used in any circumstance. You may NOT trace, sell for profit, heavily edit, or claim that you created the artwork. Please also credit me for the creation of the design at least once! 

SHARING: I retain the right to share my work on any of my social media accounts, as well as list them on my site as commission examples and in advertisements, should I choose to. You may repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given. Do not edit the artwork itself and do not remove my signature. I will automatically blacklist people who break this rule. 

OWNERSHIP EXCHANGES: Should the design change hands, you don't need to inform me!
