gifting/trading ocs is always fine 

raffle tos: 

raffled designs can only be sold if theres commissioned art/ personal art added. Any free art/art obtained from trades doesnt count

any art you gain from my raffles doesnt add extra worth to ur oc

general tos:

no selling a design for more than its worth (commissioned art and personal art increase the value) the only exception is if its an emergency and you contact me

redesigning is completely

don't trace over the og piece without permission (js ask me and ill most likely say yes)

no trading to anyone on my blacklist

cooldown of one week b4 u can trade a design (this doesnt apply to gifting)

dont delete/hide my designs without authorizing me. i constantly check up on my designs (1-2 times a week) so ill notice. if i notice a design is deleted ill most likely end up reuploading it and reselling/trading it 

raffling off my designs is ok 

id prefer if my designs were only traded/sold to people with a toyhouse so i can keep track of them (i can provide a code if needed)

commercial use on designs has to be discussed with me first. depending on how you got it + what you plan to use them for 

you can resell a design if you add personal art as long as it lines up with your commission prices
