based on my experience with POTS / chronic illness in general as a generalization of sorts of how the symptoms Feel to experience rather than the scientific stuff x'P sad little thang but its ok they get some breathing room and time to rest and relax. here to be my coping mechanism and as a result also gets to rest when i think they deserve to alongside me
