I. obtaining my designs

 【 Designs 】

✦ if paying with money, use PayPal only: goods and services, No address.

✦ there is no deadline for owed art but i will remind you every 1 month: more than 3 months without any work in progress is a warning and i will pick someone else for the adopt that means the adopt will open back up, please keep this in mind

✦ Please pay immediately within 2 days if autobuying on a character: I’m understanding as I can be when it comes to this, please don’t take too long to pay, ghosting can result in a semi-ban from offering on my designs!

✦  Please don’t sell the character more than it’s worth which means:

>>> if they were via a free giveaway I made, please give them back to me or give them freely to someone else dont in any way profit off of them

>>> if they were gotten via trade or art, trade or art or both only

>>>  if they were gotten via money, sell them for the same price you got them for

>>> expections are: if they have commissioned or personal art added to them, I allow personal art HOWEVER dont sell them triple or double the price for just one piece of art you made // gifts dont count

✦ once you obtain a design from me they have no cool-down

✦ once you obtain a design from me you can redesign them to your liking: you can redesign them as much as you like, change their species, body type, some colors, patterns or such, all i ask is please keep my credit and the original design somewhere in the profile, the redesign must stay somehow recognisable to the original! // however I’m not comfortable if you just redesign them to resell them for a higher price that is absolutely not allowed // you also cannot separate both characters they must stay in the same profile, if you want to separate them you can contact me to see if both designs are different enough to be separated.

✦ once you obtain a design from me you can draw anything you want of them: like gore, NSFW, or anything of that sort, it’s your character im not gonna control you over them

✦ Don’t use my designs on fusion or breedable adopts: I am uncomfortable to have my designs in these as I’m not comfortable with someone twinning or ripping my designs off, please don’t do this

✦ Don’t make heavily identical siblings, clones, or twins from my designs: like using a different hue, colors or of that sort is forbidden, this is to avoid loopholes or possible scamming 

✦ my designs are non-refundable if paying via money: once you get it you can sell them if you wish

✦ my designs must stay on toyhouse: to avoid any scamming or thieves, it’s best if they have a profile on toyhouse incase if anything happens, don’t under any circumstances delete their profile, it can be authorised or hidden if needed but they MUST stay on the platform

【 Blacklist 】

There is no blacklist nor a greylist

which means: I don’t control who gets my designs, If you like them you’re free to buy them

people who have been previously blacklisted, have me blacklisted, have me blocked/I have them blocked cannot in any way obtain designs from me, as for the blocking part I do block people for comfort reasons ( nothing personal ) youre free to contact me regarding this!!
