Vela is super spunky. She's the queen bee. Super Diva. She has to be pretty at all times. She has to strut her stuff. Though she can be cute and mellow but that's when she's tired or having a lazy day. She's considerate towards her own race (though there are some Doggles she doesn't know why exist). Overall, she's just a brat.
