adopt's Ownership

don't delete my art or characters off of toyhouse! you're free to set any of that on private or auth only though, and you don't need to ask nor authorize me beforehand! i do not want my designs to be "voided" or otherwise go unused, and if you really don't want the design, you're free to send them back to me.

preferably, don't sell them offsite! i will not stop you, however. giving them to friends without accounts is okay as long as they don't trade them either - again, i cannot stop you though!

you can do anything with the design after adoption! it's not under my ownership anymore and therefore i have no rights to helicopter over what you can/can't do with them. resell/trade/gift them at any time for anything, draw anything, write anything. (i am an adult so you can also create nsfw content!)

i cannot "revoke" a design after i sell it. that is simply theft, and i do not tolerate that - nor should you.
