She's like the 80s equivalent of those 2020 alt kids. She's new wave or punk or something like that, to be honest nobody knows what subculture she's supposed to be but they know she's SOME type of alt. Julia's really artsy, she paints, plays the guitar and DIYs all of her clothes. Most people who dislike her only do so because of how cool she is. Unfortunately, she's a self proclaimed "retired mean girl" so sometimes she gives out really backhanded compliments...even when she's trying to be nice. Jimmy thinks she's really cool but she's not even aware he exists most of the time.

Julia ends up going out with Eli, which makes Jimmy REALLY unhappy. And maybe really jealous. This somehow leads to him time travelling and messing up the timeline, so Julia and Eli only dated for like a week before their timeline was fucked up
