Moray

Amphibious dragon/eel creature!

Snarky and sarcastic. A bit of a prankster. Competitive. Sneers a lot. Often hungry. Proud of his hunting prowess and speed in water.

He loves to bask in warm saltwater. When swimming, he swings his tail side to side to propel himself forward. His paws are webbed which helps him to manoeuvre underwater, but when he needs to swim fast he will tuck his legs beneath him like a marine iguana to be more streamlined. He is carnivorous, and an ambush predator; he curls up and lays motionless on the ocean floor amongst reefs and rocks. Since coral and plants grow on his back, sea-life are attracted and he attacks with his teeth when a tasty fish, mollusc or crustacean gets too close!

When drawing him, remember that the sea-flora on his back can be random as it's constantly changing (as long as it doesn't clash with his colours!). His yellow and orange spot markings are also random.
