A young girl with big aspirations, Toyo's life was thrust into a downward spiral when her mother died. Believing it to be by her own hand, she does everything she can to repent for her mistakes. Reclusive and nerdy, she has since adopted several bad habits in an attempt to move on.

QUIRK: Emotional Luminescence - Whenever the user feels strong emotions, their skin begins to emit light! The intensity is based on the strength of the emotion felt, but can leave the user lacking the chemicals used to make those emotions should it be overused.
