Zero is related to Cinella, but they are not related by blood. They know each other, is just not the same, kinda like old bestfriend who used to spend nights talking to each others.

They also miss each other, but the contact is almost impossible, by their families and old fears. Zero is almost heartless, thats why they have a hole in their chest, but the little heart in the middle represents that maybe they care for the people he knows.
