Aleksandr is the son of Polina Rozovskaya and Yuri Zavrazhin. In 1998, he develops schizophrenia, but goes diagnosed for a long time. His issues with mental health are most likely triggered by the loss of his dad. His schizophrenia doesn't become an issue until his early to mid 20s. In detail, he has the delusion of people stalking him. He thinks these delusions are out to harm to him. As a result, he becomes paranoid. He also has hallucinations that manifest as voices and sometimes as his dad. He believes he has a spiritual connection with the world because of his hallucinations.
Sometime in his 20s, his mental health spirals out of control. He gets into a fight outside a bar and the police are called. He spends some time in jail. He does not handle alcohol well. Because of his mental health issues, he occasionally becomes irritable and may have issues controlling his anger.
