Dover is the primary antagonist of CALYPSO. It aims to terrorize the main cast to prevent them from finding the truth. Dover prefers not using physical violence against its victims, but instead using psychological tricks on them to try and turn others against one another. It seems to know things that the cast doesn't.

- the name "dover" came from a massachutes cryptid.
- dover was based on several kinds of animals. some of them are thylacines, dholes and foxes.
