Personality;
- Celia is a hardworking and determined defense attorney who specialises in criminal law. Despite her tight schedule making her difficult to get ahold for for more than about 5 minutes maximum (10 if you're lucky), once you get the chance to work with her it becomes clear that she deeply cares for her clients and makes sure that they all get the justice they deserve, making her one of the most reliable lawyers in her field.
However, whilst Celia's reputation & appearance might make her appear without flaw, it doesn't take too long when spending time with her to realise that this couldn't be further from the truth. Behind her shiny curled hair, tailored plum-purple vest, high-heeled boots & near perfect winning record, is a ditzy and slightly awkward girl who still laughs at - and occasionally, makes - 'your mom' jokes, and has the mental maturity of a 15-year-old boy. It isn't uncommon for her to drop all of her files in public (or worse yet, a court hearing!), to accidentally spill coffee on said files, or to even mix up a client's case with another! As a result, some of her long-term colleagues have begun to somewhat pity her, and begun to accommodate her in ways such as holding her belongings for her so as to not have to watch her scramble to get back on track (and also partly so that they can get on with their job faster). When faced with her own clumsiness, Celia perseveres and doesn't allow it to get in the way of her work, as she hates nothing more than poor punctuality.
Celia's powerful drive for serving justice is strengthened by her even more powerful emotions. She has trouble regulating her mood, which consequently may result in her blurting out comments which would be better left unsaid. When losing a case, she has a specified area where she can take her anger out on a trashcan, which will usually be replaced by a new one a day or so after her rage attack (the perpetrator of the trashcan abuse still remains unknown!). Even though these losses aren't too common, they do occur, and when they do it can take a massive toll on Celia, emphasising her emotional immaturity.
On the other hand, Celia's emotions can be an advantage, as her fierce care for her clients makes it difficult for her to back down, even in the face of danger. She isn't beholden to anyone else and her successes are her own, often taking the lead in situations she finds herself in, even if the 'leader' role is supposedly already ascribed to somebody else.

- Her name is a pun on her occupation - "seal your fate".
- Even if she is a lawyer, she's willing to use 'sketchy' means to find out the truth - in the name of justice, of course!
