SOPI Host

This is the host of the competition called SOPI.

The host is of indeterminate origin and species, but it is generally  understood that it is some sort of radioactive parking meter from the  human world. It has taken on a few nicknames, such as "Host", "Hosty",  and "Peneloparker Meter". It has no known gender and has existed for a  seemingly very long time. Its mortality is questionable at best. It is  unknown why it is giving away its island, why it is hosting a  competition to do so, and what exactly its motives are, besides boredom.  It behaves rather erratically, chalking its own bizarre behavior up to  being a consequence of the "Radiation" it appears to have ingested/be  completely enveloped in. This being is highly dangerous, highly  radioactive, and an extremely unstable bio-hazard who is in possession  of an alarming quantity of abandoned human military weaponry. Some of  this advanced military technology seems to have enabled it to establish a  live connection with the present-day human world, allowing unwitting  participants on the social media Tumblr to operate remote drones and the  like in order to make decisions and directly affect life on its island.  Engage with extreme risk.
