Cielo desires to become the most powerful god with millions of followers. He's always looking for other strong beings to fight with who prove his streght, but in the end he's just domined by the desire of fight and destroy everything. He's powerful but not even close as he ensures.
Cielo hates sorcerers because on his arrogance and overconfidence he once acepted to becomes the servant of one who he himself challenge, and losing he had to serve them for many years until once his owner dissapeared without a trace leaving him free, at least thats what he thinks, he search for his old owner wanting to kill them this time but that's not a a priority for him at all
