She lives in the woods somewhere?
Perhaps if you slip through a disguised portal you'll clip into her domain.

Lazulite talks gently and kindly to people, almost motherly even to those not actually her children.
It is rather effective..

She's quite private, even her own daughter doesn't know what sort of villainy she does.
Just that people that meet her either have really bad luck or really good luck afterwards.
