⋆Do not reupload my designs/art/ocs to other platforms such as: Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, TH-like platforms, Tiktok, Reddit, Tumblr, etc without my permission. If you own one of my characters or have received art from me, feel free to share it around as long as mines or TH’s default watermark stays on it! Also, do not use my art for pfps/banners/irl claims/ face claims/moodboards/Stimboards/etc unless given permission. Please notify me if my artwork/designs/ocs has been reuploaded elsewhere and report. 

⋆Do not copy my art! Inspiration is fine, until you start copying, tracing, using for AI/NFTS. Please notify me if a design has been stolen or used for the above. If you happen to feel your inspired character copies mine then feel free to ask what you can change.

⋆Do not use my designs/art/ocs for hate speech, nsfw, or fetish material. Basically, you don't have the right to sexualize my ocs just because you find sexually attractive. Also don't draw nsfw or suggestive art of my ocs without permission.

⋆In case I move accounts, you lose/delete the character, deleted art I sent, etc… contact Pastryshnootle on DA or my TH so I can help you with any problems! But do not delete/private my ocs, instead just make the character's ref thumbnail only or give me character auth so i can see them. 

⋆Do not ghost or me during a trade or bid. You must also not delete trade or bid messages. If you are dealing with an emergency or realized you don't want to do the bid/trade anymore, tell me first and I will consider your offer voided. Not following this will result in a warning/strike.

⋆If you are leaving Toyhouse, then please find a new owner! I love to keep track of my designs and not seeing it gives me anxiety. If you can not find a new owner then please send them back to me so I can rehome them! Or, I can happily keep the design on my TH for you. (They won't be able to leave my acc without your permission since they are still yours!)

⋆Do not give my designs to people who continue to have problematic behavior or blacklisted people. If these people are no longer shitty then it's fine, idc

⋆You may not sell a character/design for money unless you've added monetary worth via commissions/buying. You may also not sell a freebie/gift unless of the above. Once value is added, contact me so I can give you the trade listing freedom to sell. Do not Upcharge my designs either. Also don't scam people with my designs or try to add your own TOS to it.

⋆You aren’t allowed to turn my designs into a open/closed species even with permission. If you add them to a CS/OS then that's fine ^^

⋆If you want to raffle them then ask for permission

⋆Using my designs commercially is currently unallowed for now. Feel free to comm personal art/items though.

⋆Do not use my designs for offensive, minority fetish content, proship content, feral/loli/shota/cub  content, babyfur stuff, etc. If you do this, keep it to yourself. Any content (art/writing that include any disallowed content above) on the TH profile must be removed before trade/resale. (This rule does not involve vent media, age regress content, media where a character is supposed to be evil in their story).

You are free to keep the media to yourself as I don't have control over that. However, if the new owner asks you to delete that entirely then they have all rights to! Also, if you're a straight up danger to people you will be asked to trade/resale that design to someone else

⋆You are free to use the character for sexual content as long as it doesn't break my above rules or a species tos. This however means the character is mature locked and cannot be viewable ever to minors unless put on a nsfw TH, non visible tab, or split profile. You may also not sell, trade, or gift the design to a minor under 18. If putting a nsfw version of a character on a separate TH or the same TH but as a separate profile/split tab, remember to credit me as the creator! But please do not draw feral/minor nsfw of these designs.

⋆You must keep the character for three days before trade/sell and you must make sure a design is close to the original when redesigning

⋆Changing a trans design's identity is not allowed. If you're giving a transfem character breast, removing breast off a transmasc, or giving xyz genital to whichever gender identity is however ok since I don't care much for that. Making a trans character cis is not ok and won't be tolerated. To shorten this more, I will also mention that changing a design's race/ethnicity/disability/fatness isn't allowed unless the character has no race/ethnicity/disability/is skinny idk. 

⋆I'm not ok with minority fetish content of my designs. (c*ntboy, f*utanari, raceplay, etc). Other than that, fetish content not meant to fetishize a minority is fine. Go crazy with your feet shit lmao.

⋆Will mention again, do not delete and take my designs offsite. While you still own that design, please understand that stuff like this stresses me out and I'm uncomfortable with things I create suddenly disappearing off my designs tab to never be seen again (lmao). You are so free to take them offsite but keep the character on a TH storage acc! Anyways, just follow my TOS, ty.

⋆Probably don't offer for my designs if my TOS is annoying to you/you blocked me since I just feel it's weird to have the design then. Does not mean you are blacklisted from getting my designs!

Note: When you get my design(s), you are agreeing to my full TOS! Though please know that I won't blacklist you if you do the most minor thing. I know what it's like to forget things so the most I'll do is privately remind you ^^

Other than that, have fun! Make them anthro, human, fantasy or feral ^^ as long as you keep my original artwork/design visible and credited then I'm fine with this!
