Puppa use to not be the fear of puppets, but over time, puppet shows slowed down and the view on the delightful storytelling characters skewed.
He is a large "dragon" puppet, filled with other puppets inside. Each unseen puppet were "him" before in the past. Right now, Helmo is the other puppet seen out. Puppa himself doesn't say too much, voice now rough and rumbly.
He finds it upsetting so he only speaks in short sentences.
Helmo however, speaks a LOT. He has a bit of a Brooklyn accent, and will state the units opinion out loud. Helmo is usually the one to get angry or snarky, while Puppa doesn't like conflict.
They can disagree sometimes!
Puppa has a hard time accepting he is a Phobia now, and wishes he could go back to being a dream.
