Description

Greyson is an extremely turbulent person who hides his heart deep inside his subconscious, locked away from anyone to see. Donning multiple masks or facades depending on the situation, he's able to change his personality and attitude on the fly while seamlessly pulling off the transition. On the exterior, a multitude of different personalities and charming characteristics are displayed. However, on the inside, Greyson is a lonely, depressed, and [can't think of word here] person that suffers from impostor syndrome. None of his masks are truly "him", but as if anyone would ever want to know the real him, right?

Greyson has a very long jealousy streak and tends to see himself in a very poor light while also putting a mountain of expectations onto himself. He is very insecure and prone to outbursts or mental shut downs, and chooses to bottle up his emotions or feelings in fear of being rejected like he was with his parents. Greyson feels isolated and alone, surrounded by people who care about everyone but him. He faces an identity crisis regarding himself and his masks, but would always refuse to open up and be honest about his feelings.

Despite the vast array of negatives that Greyson hides beneath the surface, there are a few positives to being around him. He loves to give gifts or acts of service as a means of supporting others to feel something, and he tends to "go with the flow" a lot so it's easy to get your way with him. Despite what stirs within him, he wouldn't intentionally harm someone whether it be emotional or physical, and he can be very unproblematic.

History/Background

Greyson was born to a family of 3, with his parents slowly growing bitter of him as the years went by. Studying magic?! Preposterous, they thought as their once adoration of him and his talent slowly morphed into disgust and hatred. He had finally found something he enjoyed, but if he enjoyed it so much, his parents figured he should focus only on that. Eventually, he was cast out of the home and sent away to permanently reside in Tosniara.

Being banished to Tosniara slowly drove Greyson increasingly more turbulent and upset. Everything he did was for his parent's adoration, suffering through their years of torment only to be cast away like nothing?! Greyson grew more contempt for everyone and everything around him despite being decently well liked among his peers, his mind spiraling into the deepest pits imaginable as he completely flipped his studies to study dark magic.

Greyson's teacher grew increasingly worried of his behavior during class until May 31st, in which he [There was no incident on May 31st]. As a result, Tosniara sustained significant damage to its infrastructure (most of which has been fixed now) and Greyson was banished from Tosniara after being induced with a forbidden Amnesia spell to make him forget who he was. Greyson was kicked back onto Earth with fake memories to fill in the missing gaps of his life, and he now aimlessly wanders from job to job trying to find meaning and purpose.
