Thomas the Cat

The plucky protagonist of a storyboard I made, which you can read here: Of Mice and Cats - Speaker Deck  (it's also good to read it if you want more  expression, pose, and background refs)  

This universe takes place during 15th century London, during the Great plague in 1665.  

Backstory:  Thomas was born into nobility, his father the royal mouser for the mayor of London. However, Thomas never got the hang of catching rats, being more of a lap cat than a mouser, and was kicked out of the house to roam the dank dirty streets of London. But when Archbishop Mousely's rat army brings the plague to London in an attempt to wipe out both cats and their human masters, The mayor and Thomas's family flee the city, leaving Thomas the only one who can stop his dastardly scheme.

 Personality: Thomas is a shy, introverted feline who'd much rather run away than fight. However, in the rough and tumble alleyways of London he's bound to wind up in a scrap or two.  He is also enjoys making people happy and is an optimist when it comes to one's character. He's industrious and hardworking, but a bit clumsy at times. The storyboard should offer more insight on his personality.
