Hop

Hop is clumsy but means well. She's very dedicated to her work. They honestly love what they do but can overdo it by working long hours and getting little sleep, which leads to mishaps. Very expressive face. Has ADHD and easily distracted. Likes bussing tables, shy around large groups of customers, but really opens up when people come sit alone at the bartop. Favorite menu item is the Cowboy Burger and will recommend it to basically everyone, unsolicited. Bad at car hop because extremely uncoordinated on skates, but she frankly likes the idea of doing car hop.
