Elsje

Elsje is a young girl(15yrs) who lives on an old farm, spends lots of her time playing outside in nature and with the various animals on the farm, but also works hard around the farm

Think general cottagecore farm mixed with traditional Dutch, she often tends to the farm in the morning, feeding chickens & cows, checking on the vegetable patch, collecting whatever food is ready to eat. Then once all the essentials are done she likes to cook & bake, collect flowers, and spend time climbing trees, bothering schatje, and wading through the river on warm days

She has a pet cat called schatje His name is a Dutch term of endearment, which is ironic because he is the most grumpy old man that no one other than a oblivious child would choose to be a beloved pet, but somehow surprisingly elsje managed to win him over and now he only tolerates her
