Frostbite

Kind of dead, kind of alive, totally the worst guy you'll ever meet. Frostbite is the horrible culmination of an egotistical ex-hero who died in a mountainside train explosion, had his body (somewhat) preserved by the cold, and subsequently nursed back to health by a family from an isolated mountainside cave. 

His hobbies include creating horrible abominable amalgamation creatures, bossing around his various minions/prisoners, collecting gold and useless treasures, having "intellectual battles" (awful flirting) with Phoenix, seething, and decaying.
