A failed experiment, Arabella is an artificial angel produced by the Arch Angels, their goal was to create soomething that could harbor a deceased humans soul. Unfortunantly, Arabella's body rejects each and every soul they try, as if its begging to not be given one.
She spends her days working around the palace, keeping it tidy whilst tending to the lost souls with Ophelia. She has always known the truth of the current state of heaven but never knew it was wrong, after all she was created by their enemies.
Arabelle is a very uninterested individual, all the tests, experiments, the overthrowing of "God", the corruption of Heaven, She doesn't care about any of that, She just wants to complete the tasks she's been given with her creation.
She's extremely uncooperative and will only listen to Aias, the Arch Angel who created her. She even refuses to take orders from God.
Despite her cold and distant deminor, she's very kind to the lost souls she cares for and guides, well as kind as she can be.

Despite helping care for Nephora on a few occasions and watching her grow over the years, Arabelle forgets who she is quiet often. Arabelle just doesn't thing Nephora has any significance
Her fellow "co-worker". Arabelle has no issues with Ophelia, she's good at her job and doesn't make Arabelles harder.
Aias is her creator, He's is the only person Arabelle truly respects, although she doesn't know much about him. She would do anything he commands her to
