 Exaggerated, energetic, and bouncy. This freak never runs out of energy

 Despite his high energy levels, though, he's not very loud. While not necessarily mute, he doesn't talk much, and has a surprising knack for sneaking up on people

 However, though he doesn't talk a lot, he does breathe. Loudly. It very much does resemble a dog panting, especially when he has his tongue out (which is almost all the time ngfl)

 He probably shouldn't have access to sharp objects, but he loves his knives

 He gets very curious about people and will get uncomfortably close to check them out

 The good news is that he's very loyal to those who earn his respect, and he'll follow orders easily enough. Meaning that as long as he's supervised he's easy to keep under control

 He's smarter than he lets on, admittedly

 He likes blood. Specifically the taste

Dogs do laugh; however, it is not the same way humans do.

In humans, laughter is composed of rhythmic, vocalized, expiratory, and involuntary actions. The sound can be any variation of “ha-ha” or “ho-ho.” Dogs produce a similar sound through forceful panting—a  “hhuh-hhah” variation.
