I’m thinking Opal (I’m calling them Opal right now, but that might change) could be a photographer and friend to my character Solstice who is a friendly photographer.
If you want Opal to interact with any of your characters and/or if you have any further ideas for Opal’s interests, that would be cool beans!

Here are my thoughts so far…
Opal is grumpy in the mornings, but once they have their usual bowl of cereal with a bit of birdseed, they perk up.
They’re a realistically optimistic bird and a good friend to have both deep and goofy conversations with. They enjoy thinking philosophically and engage in philosophical conversations with their friends and with anyone interested.
Opal’s philosophical mind also unfortunately leads to overthinking a lot, but whenever they get stuck in an anxious rut, it’s not too long until their pet Miniature Schnauzer’s energy helps Opal feel more at ease again.
the cereal with birdseed idea is too cute :0 but i love that!! it’s really creative!! they remind me a lot of one of my friends :)
