- I retain the rights to the artwork of any character or commission I create. I’ll be allowed to post it, use it as an example, and market myself using such works made by my hand.

- Do not trace, steal, re-upload, or intentionally copy my character designs.

- Minor redesigns of an adopt made by the buyer are allowed after purchase. I will not personally edit the original character’s design without additional payment. Major changes will be considered a custom and will be priced accordingly.

- Commercial use of my designs is prohibited unless given explicit written permission and/or additional payment if allowed by the individual adopt’s description.

- Upselling of a character design is prohibited. Reselling of a character for a higher price is allowed if additional art or written lore has been added, otherwise, resell at the original buying price.

- I do not consent to having my work fed into any “Artificial Intelligence” image generation programs.

- I do not consent to have my character designs or commissions made into nonfungible tokens or sold for cryptocurrency.

- I reserve the right to refuse an attempted purchase of a character or commission without disclosing any reason.

- I do not provide refunds for commissions or adoptable characters. - 50% payment for commissions is required upfront. If the buyer cancels the commission, I will keep the 50% payment and give the buyer the unfinished piece.

- Credit character designs or commissions to any of my socials displayed in my Carrd.

- By purchasing a character or commissioning me, you’re agreeing to these terms and will be held accountable if this contract between seller and buyer is broken.
