In general, he's a silly little guy! He is like, a pathetic wet cat. Acts quite mischievous, as any good gengar will, but is actually very shy if things don't immediately go his way. Loves to cause chaos with his friends, though!  ambivert moment

The Rune Eye™ is his main power source, and a repeating symbol. He CAN in fact see out of it! However vision through the eye is really distorted, like looking through a kaleidescope. This rune glows when performing any of his abilities, and it would also appear like, in the center of a shadow ball. It can in fact emote and move with his normal eye, as it is not actually fixed to his face! If you looked at him from the side it would look like it's floating there.
