Spectrum's Ownership

Rules for my Designs:

-You're more than welcome to change parts of the design as you see fit, but the original design MUST always be credited to me. I'd prefer you don't change it to the point where it's a completely different character.

-Do not edit the original reference or art of the character I made.

-You may not re-sell the character higher than its original price UNLESS extra art that wasn't a gift/request has been added.

-Do not re-sell characters you got from me for free, unless extra art that isn't a gift/request has been added.

-Characters received through trade may be re-traded, gifted or sold for a reasonable price.

- Re-selling, gifting or trading my creations to anyone on my blacklist will not be tolerated and will result in you getting blacklisted.

-Do not use my designs/art for commercial purposes. These are for your personal use only.

-Feel free to name, give the character a story, draw them, give them their own world, or give them a different form.

-You're free to give the character a closed species form, but you may not create a closed species based off of the character.

-I will not refund you after your purchase of the product, but you may find someone else to purchase it for the same price you paid if you need the money back.

-By purchasing or trading for a design you agree to my rules, violation of these terms will not be tolerated.

REMINDER: when re-homing a CS design from me please respect CS rules as some may not allow re-selling etc.
