Raynelle is an Alaska Skate ! She's a college girl attending Bikini Bottom University (under the impression that it continues to be an accredited school after the Salsa Imbecilicus incident, and Karen continues to be a professor there) who moved from Alaska bc she wanted to get as far away from home as possible. She develops really complex feelings wrt Karen, but eventually figures out that she sees her and Plankton as parental figures. She's also very good friends with Pearl; they're like sisters. She wants to study astronomy, and she's grateful that Karen and Plankton are more supportive of her STEM pursuits than her birth parents ever were. Her dream is to either go to space (she knows it's been done from Bikini Bottom before; Sandy Cheeks is, like, her idol), or just to swim to the surface and see the stars on a clear night!
