An artist from Unova whom has made a name for her many artworks hung about the local museums across the region. Her many works entail the various Pokemon, particularly the feral ones, in their natural habitats. She doesn't talk much about her life growing up, but it's assumed she simply lived her life and eventually rose to fame doing the hobby she loved most. She seems to have a paintbrush of supernatural power. When it comes to a canvas, of course it works like a plain brush, but when used off of paper, and instead thin air, she can draw symbols that allow her to use just about any move, save for the signature moves of Legendaries, all others are fair game. She tends to make jokes, some even being rather flirty.
