A saboteur who targets Praque's electrical grid using his special ability to manipulate electricity. Faraday is a cynic: Iyzmiskan propaganda and the rollercoaster ride of his own life have left him jaded. He commits his sabotage in an attempt to bring some small amount of light back into his life, and the lives of others; it's pure irony that in doing so, he often causes blackouts in the city.

Faraday uses his electricity manipulation to steal power from the city. He stores it in high-capacity batteries which he distributes to the most underserved parts of Praque: the people for whom blackouts and brownouts last days, not hours. The peoploe who need to stay off-grid to evade discovery. The people who need to take that power out into the Wastes, for whatever reason they choose to venture out there. Faraday helps them for free, at cost to himself, because he believes in them far more than he believes in the government.
