Rebecca has a very loud and manic personality.
She bounces around and is never still, she has a very rapid way of speaking, sometimes firing question after question at people who intrigue her.

Only other Variants are aware of the fact she's a Variant.
Her ability relates to electricity, the electricity she can direct and control both within her and out of her is why she has so much energy.
The more she uses it, the more she slows down.
She can temporarily boost her energy by eating/drinking very sugary/caffeine filled things - but she will later crash.

Jane sometimes affectionately refers to her as a malfunctioning battery.
