Chance Boulevard

Chance Boulevard is an androgynous android, or a 'biomechanical synthetic being' as they would describe themselves. They use any pronouns, as they do not care about what people call them. Only thing that matters to them is data. Made by scientist Moren Rathens using stolen blueprints, they work aboard Nanotrasen stations as an engineer, Chief Engineer, and Captain, so that one day their creator can pay off the debts she got while building them.

Starts every sentence with a word announcing their intent. They are self aware and constantly learning about how people act. Quite literally a copycat, will often repeat actions and wordings based on what they've heard from others.
