I bought two charms from strassa and both of them turned out amazing! they look so much cuter in person, and she even went out of her way to buy special beads that matched the theme of the charms! she kept me updated on the progress of the charms throughout, and notified me when she shipped them out. they arrived quickly, and looked adorable!

the only critique I have is that she drew my character wearing a black dress instead of the white dress she had in her reference picture. I do wish that she would have let me know that she was going to change it before painting it that color, but at that point it was too late to redo it. however, the dress was still very cute so I really can’t complain. 

overall I had a great commission experience with her, and I greatly recommend her charms! 💖
