Backstory: 

Elio's parents divorced when he was little, which wouldn't be a big deal, except that his dad lives in Seaford, Oregon, and his mom moved back to Naples before the ink even dried on the divorce papers. And they had joint custody of him, until this year. Elio spent most of his school years in Seaford, and his summers and a handful of weekends in Naples with his mother and grandparents. 

Unfortunately, shortly after Elio's 10th birthday in Italy when he makes a rash wish and gains the ability to protect himself from the heat. He doesn't talk to any locals much, mostly keeping the round teddy-bear-cat-thing around as a beacon for finding witches and a deterrent from talking to other magi. During his 10th trip to Italy a few months before his 17th birthday, his mom's credentials as a parent are called into question, suddenly.

His mother lost her job and has been coasting off of her parents' money and such, which wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for Elio himself. With his mother's parents' retirement, sooner rather than later she's going to blow through their money, spending it on herself and Elio. 

His father, as a lawyer, immediately pounced on the idea, and Elio will be moving permanently to Seaford, halfway through July. He's. Not sure how he's going to feel about that, but… what can he do?

He hopes being a magi in permanently America isn't too different from being one in Italy.

🍨 Klondike Warhammer - the head is shaped like a klondike bar, he’s a little scared to taste it.

🍨 Mint Chocolate Broadsword - looks like an ice cream bar, but also is… a blade, somehow?

🍨 Push Pop Wand - this one makes the most sense, to him. 

🍨 Dark Chocolate Axe - an axe with a blade made of chocolate so dark it almost looks black.

🍨 Spun Sugar Whip - the handle is striped pink and white, like most of Elio's other weapons, but the rope itself seems to be made of spun sugar that's been braided into a rope, with 3 blades at the end of the whip made of shards of sugar.

Attacks: 

🍨 Fire or Ice | 1d10 | Special | A magi creates a large ball of magic and fires it at their opponent. It could cause fire damage or freeze the opponent. A d2 must be rolled to see which status effect happens, lasts 4 rounds

🍨 Revenge | 1d4 | Magic | Roll a d20 to pass the defense of the last opponent who attacked. If the roll clears their defense, then the original damage is multiplied by a d4 and done to them. Player still takes the original damage as well. Wont work for wish attacks, vet attacks, won't work on status attacks or bounce back

🍨 Mimic | N/A | Special | Mimic an attack of an ally from the last round. Use special as the stat for the attack. Can mimic everything but vet moves and shields/armour. In an a 1v1 you can mimic an active move of an opponment (not a witch or familiar). In afterlife it can not mimic holy/rumor/corupted attacks 

🍨 Double Boost | 1d6 +½ spc | Special | Boost any two stats for any ally for three rounds. Pick two stats to boost can't be defence 

🍨 Stealth | N/A | Special | Magi becomes invisible to all for one turn. They can not be hit at all but they also can't attack. Can be done right after an attack but can only be used 5 times and has cool off of two rounds. When coming out of invisibility you have an advantage to your d20 roll

🍨 Ult Shield | N/A | Defense | A shield that take 80 damage. If it's on someone else it gets add on mage defence stat

🍨 Magic Missile | 1d6×1d6 | Special | Roll a d6 for how many missiles are created. Then they can be fired at multiple opponents. Note the max per opponent is 3. If a nat 20 is rolled roll a d12 for the amount of missiles

🍨 Double Damage | N/A | Special | Can give one magi a x2 multiplier to their damage and advantage on the next round. If a nat 20 is rolled the x2 is added to the multiple as well (1-9= x4, 10-19=x5 second nat 20 x6). Cool down for 2 rounds

Wish Move: 

🍨 Brain Freezer | 1d8×1d4 | Special | Elio launches several balls of ice in several directions, as slush that smells suspiciously of chocolate, strawberries, and vanilla begins coating the ground. Turns the terrain into snow (sand) for 4 rounds, and has a 1 in 4 chance (a 4 on a d4) to freeze one target for 4 rounds. 

Vet Move:
