His face is porcelain but the rest of him is plush, underneath his face is some kinda liquid? Has difficulty talking due to the liquid leaking/bubbling up when he tries to, because of this he rarely speaks, most of the time he relies on Rocco to talk for him. Arlo’s right eye is broken and always leaks, even when closed. He’s pretty chill, and most definitely a little sleep deprived.
